Housing

Most of the accommodations at Brookwoods are bunk houses.  Private rooms are available at an extra fee for families with small children.  Due to space restrictions, priority for private lodging will first be given to those with the youngest kids. If necessary, families with school-aged kids may receive housing in the male and female bunkhouses.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email office@ctkcambridge.org.

Volunteering

As part of caring for one another during this getaway, please expect to help in some volunteer capacity over the course of the weekend. We will need help with both set-up and clean-up, the welcome table, as well as children's programming and childcare. If you enjoy organizing social events, we also need volunteers to help run Saturday afternoon events (like craft table, outdoor excursions, broom ball) and Saturday evening events (like games, ping pong tournament, etc). There are dozens of ways to contribute to make this a fun weekend for all! If you have any questions about how to volunteer, contact Laura Bullock at laura@ctkcambridge.org.
