Prayer

A small group meets together for morning prayers from 6:30-8:30 on Tuesdays in the church fellowship hall. Coffee and bagels or pastries are provided. Our model is Acts 1:14: All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer. Our goal is unity, deep affection for one another and the honor of God. Our conviction is that the church is sustained by God as her people pray.

The time is spent in seeking guidance from the Bible as we pray. We start with some singing and the offering of praise and gratitude. We then pray for the advance of the kingdom, the growth and well-being of the Church and for personal requests.

You are welcome if you need prayer, also if you would like simply to learn to pray. Attendance from beginning to end is not required. Some arrive late, some leave early. Come help us pray.
